What the service is

LeadLumo manages your Google Business Profile for you. Each month that means:

• 30 Google posts written and published to your profile
• Every review answered within 24 hours, on-brand
• A photo pass — fresh photos added monthly
• Q&A monitored and answered
• A 1-page monthly report: calls, direction requests, search views

Setup (claiming/verifying your profile, wiring the AI responder, answering existing reviews) is completed within 48 hours of onboarding.

Price

$0 setup. $349/month per location. That's the whole price — no tiers, no add-ons, no surprises.

14-day proof window

Your first 14 days are a proof window. Cancel any time in the first 14 days and you pay only for the days used — the rest is never charged.

Month to month

After the proof window, billing is month to month. Cancel anytime — your service runs to the end of the paid period and then stops. No contract, no cancellation fee.

Refunds

During the 14-day proof window: you pay only for days used, so there's nothing to refund. After that: cancel anytime to stop the next bill. We don't refund partial months already paid, because the month's work (posts, review replies, report) is already done or in flight.
